Frequently Asked Questions

What is your educational philosophy?
Our primary goal is to introduce the benefits of Montessori education to Japanese children. Therefore, our curriculum is conducted entirely in English, and we aim for children to acquire phonics, read and write in English, and understand subjects such as science and geography in English. However, speaking Japanese is not discouraged, and we do not offer preparation for English proficiency tests like Eiken. We also advocate for using Japanese firmly at home for families whose mother tongue is Japanese.
What kind of teachers do you have?
We hire personnel who are most suitable for realizing our school's philosophy through interviews. After hiring, we ensure high-quality teaching through our unique training programs.
